Critical masterpiece

Got problems during my 8.000 km lasting journey and New Bike Honda, or better the maintainer Nikola recognised battery instead of clutch problem only by telling. Battery was replaced and for service just left a sumable tip. Thanks for professional and quick service.

PCX filed at the end of September following a theft, expert validation in mid-October, no call from the workshop service which scheduled the work on 11/30 without warning, and finally postponed to the end of December (because the parts were not there) . No call from the workshop to inform that the appointment had been postponed. 2 and a half months to carry out repairs on a vehicle without any customer contact.

The entire NewBike team is very friendly, welcoming, and professional. I had to deal with Cédric, salesman. I recommend him, because he was able to find solutions to meet my requests. The same goes for the workshop, I recommend the qualitative service.
